Unable to delete/Reset password of BES users from BES Console
Issue Description: Unable to delete/reset BES users from BES console. Reported error message on BES console: The request could not be completed. below screen shot error message.

Solution:
1. Open BES console
2. Click Manage Users-Multiple Users
3. Select affected users
4. Delete selected users

Requesting new updates has been disabled by your administrator
Problem Description: Blackberry users were not able to upgrade devise software using following options in devise.
Options-Advanced Options- Wireless update-Check for updates
Error message appeared on devise : Requesting new updates has been disabled by your administrator
Resolution: We removed blackberry software configuration in blackberry administration services.
How to remove a software configuration in the BlackBerry Administration Service:
1. Open the BlackBerry Administration Service console.
2. In the left pane, under BlackBerry solution management , expand Software.
3. Select Manage software configurations.
4. In the right pane, select the desired software configuration.
5. Select Delete software configuration
