How to Configuring notifications using the BlackBerry Enterprise Server Alert Tool

1.Open the BlackBerry Administration Service console.

2. In the left pane, under Server and Components , expand Alert.

3. Select  Bes_1_Alert on besserver name

4. In the right pane, fill below information

Unable to delete/Reset password of BES users from BES Console

Issue Description: Unable to delete/reset BES users from BES console. Reported error message on BES console: The request could not be completed. below screen shot error message.

Solution:
1. Open BES console
2. Click Manage Users-Multiple Users
3. Select affected users
4. Delete selected users
